Do I have to pay site fees?

Yes; the resident owns the Park Bungalow outright and Regency Living owns the land, so the site fees are essentially a rent for the ground the Park Bungalow is placed on. Site fees are payable on all Regency Living developments and the costs vary for each one. The upkeep of each home is the responsibility of each resident.

Can I get a traditional mortgage on a Park Bungalow?

No, unfortunately not. This is due to the nature of the tenure and the classification of the home.

How long can I live in a Park Bungalow?

As long as you like! These are residential homes that must be the owner’s primary residence and can be lived in all year round. The owner has the right to occupy the home in perpetuity (for all time) as long as their site fees are paid.
