Refer A Friend: Terms & Conditions

1.  Eligibility: The referral scheme is open to existing customers of Regency Living who have purchased a Park Bungalow. Referred friends must be new customers who have not previously enquired or engaged with Regency Living.
2.  Referral Reward: Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive £500 each upon successful completion of the referred person’s purchase of a Regency Living Park Bungalow.
3.  Completion: The referral reward is payable upon the legal completion of the referred person’s purchase of a Park Bungalow. If the purchase does not complete for any reason, no referral reward will be issued.
4.  Referral Process: To be eligible for the reward, the referrer must provide the referred person’s details before the point of sale. Referrals made after initial contact will not qualify.
5.  Payment: The £500 reward will be paid via bank transfer within 30 days of the purchase completion date. Both the referrer and the referred party must provide valid payment details.
6.  Limitations: There is no maximum number of people that a resident may refer. Only one referral reward is payable per referred friend, even if they are referred by multiple individuals.
7.  Non-Transferable: The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.
8.  Modification & Termination: Regency Living reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this scheme at any time without notice. Any referrals made before such changes will be honoured under the original terms.
9.  Fraud & Misuse: Regency Living reserves the right to withhold the referral reward in cases of suspected fraud or misuse of the referral scheme.
   

By participating in this scheme, both the referrer and the referred friend agree to these terms and conditions.
